CSA Pickup Changes

CSA Share Change Guidelines:

• Available Share Changes:
• If you will be unable to pick up your share, you can select an alternative date to receive a double share*.
• You can temporarily change your pickup location to another CSA pickup location.

• Unavailable Share Changes:
• We are unable to accommodate specific requests regarding the contents of your share for the week.
• Order add-ons must be purchased through the online store*.

*Double shares and order add-ons will be packed in a separate cardboard box labeled with your name.

Change Deadline:

To ensure timely processing, please submit all changes through this platform at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup. If you fail to submit your change request through the portal, we regret that we will be unable to make any alterations for you.

Administration Fee:

To support efficient organization and minimize food waste, a $5 administration fee is applicable.

Alternative Solutions:

We understand that circumstances may arise preventing you from picking up your share. Before requesting a change, we recommend seeking someone else who can collect your share on your behalf, if possible.

We do not require that you let us know in advance that your friend is picking up your share.

Letting us know does, however, help those at your pickup locations ensure the right amount of food is landing in the right hands.

If you have a friend picking up your share, please be sure to brief them on the difference between and small and large share.
